Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Dwell ("the app"), available at https://thedwell.site and operated by Arpit Meena. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Upload malware, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to share.
• Try to access other people's accounts, workspaces, or files without permission.
• Disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
• Use the app to send spam or harass others.

Your content

You keep ownership of the files and data you upload. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the app for you and your workspace members. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid plans

Some features may require a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Prices and plan details are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel from the billing page.

Service provided as is

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of important files.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk, and we may change or discontinue the app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arpit Meena is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the app. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 0 if you used it for free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
